Today 13/02/2018 at 10.10 am a team of Cdo Thoubal including women police arrested (1) Mrs Aling Vaiphei (29) w/o Lalbem Vaiphei of New Kanan, Kangpokpi District and (2) Bemnu Vaiphei (40) w/o (L) Genpu Vaiphei of -do- along with 6,865 pieces i.e. 83 kgs of Hamei which is used to manufacture local wine from Thoubal Wangmataba near parking. The arrested persons along with the seized were handed over to Thoubal PS for further necessary action.
