The Regional News Unit(RNU), All India Radio, Imphal is serving the people as a major source of public broadcasting in Manipur from 1964. The RNU is running 11 bulletins daily - three Manipuri Bulletins Morning News at 7:30am with News Analysis with external experts, News at Noon and Evening News at 7:30pm with Sports Capsule, six major dialect bulletins in Hmar, Thadou, Paite, Kabui, Mao and Tangkhul dialects and two FM Headlines at 2pm and 4pm.
The RNU had also made its presence on social media and served the people for more than one year on its facebook account - Airnews Imphal on which scripts of Manipuri Bulletins including Morning News Update and FM Headlines had been uploaded. The Manipuri bulletins are also uploaded on the soundcloud account -http://soundcloud.com/airnews-imphal. Now the RNU has started this new venture of uploading scripts of the Manipuri Bulletins on this weblog/blog from this day of September 23, 2015 in the service of the people.
Recently, all the Manipuri bulletins of AIR Imphal, both audio and script and its Morning News Update have been linked to its facebook page - Airnews Imphal.
